Stephanie Horvath’s writing has appeared in Bennington Review, Poetry Northwest, Gulf Coast, and Denver Quarterly, among other journals. She also publishes under the name S. D. Horvath. Her manuscript, Long Season, was selected as a finalist for the National Poetry Series, the Changes Press Bergman Book Prize, and the APR/Honickman First Book Prize. Stephanie completed an MFA at Indiana University, where she was a Yusef Komunyakaa Fellow in Poetry, and she is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Southern California. She is a 2024-2026 Wallace Stegner Fellow at Stanford University and is at work on a novel and a second manuscript of poetry.
